Ashley Dastyck, M.A., CCC-SLP
Founder & Owner of Sprouting Speech, LLC.

Ashley is a passionate, client-centered speech-language pathologist who believes in meeting each child where they are, within their natural environment. Her therapy approach focuses on building trust, boosting confidence, and fostering a strong connection between child and therapist. By tailoring therapy to each child's unique needs, Ashley creates an environment where children feel empowered to communicate and thrive.

A New York State licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist, Ashley has been serving the Rochester area since 2007. Since 2014, she has worked as a contractor with Monroe County and local school districts, providing early intervention services for children aged birth to three and preschool speech therapy for children aged three to five. Previously, Ashley gained valuable experience working at a specialized school for children with multiple complex disabilities, ranging from aged three to twenty-one, as well as with area public school districts.

In addition to in-person therapy, Ashley offers teletherapy services and consultations to families and students across the country, providing flexible and accessible support no matter where they are.

Outside of her professional life, Ashley enjoys hiking and skiing with her husband and their three daughters, finding joy in nature and family adventures.
